Captain Strack - A slightly surly dwarf (is there any other kind?), former captain, merchant, and shop owner. Strack has only one hand - his other was lost at sea and replaced by a magical wooden hand (given to him by "Magic Mike") containing a knife that turns into a broadsword and back when he yells "What!".
Gungar - A less-than-erudite orc and companion to Strack. Gungar has a habit of falling asleep while watching the shop.
Miali Il'fakir - She could have been called Jenny. Elven barkeep of the Rusty Bucket
Seer - A female orc with black dreadlocks that operates as a Fortune Teller.
Lansil - A talkative skeleton the crew saved from a mysterious cave under the lighthouse.
Salina - Proprietor or Salina's Supply Stop.
Veris Nilo - An elf that was using a wolf and an elk to waylay and steal from passers by in the forest. Defeated by the group and sent to work for Strack.
Mercer - The wolf that was helping Veris Nilo. Anise convinces him to turn on Veris. Later, the wolf joins the party and they name him Mercer (short for "Mercenary").

Sir Lian Tan - A knight of Udun and the commander of the ship The Heart of Udun. A bit of a dick.
Barry - The mechanical conductor of the Turtle that asks adventurers riddles.
